Industrial All Risk Policy
This policy is meant for large industries. All necessary coverages are provided in single policy product.
- All Risks are covered – a comprehensive cover offering protection against physical loss or damage due to any fortuitous, accidental cause –suitable for major industrial risks – with assets above INR 100 Cr
- All Risks such as Fire, Natural calamities, Machinery Break Down, Burglary, Boiler Explosion, etc. are covered subject only to a few specific named exclusions
- Properties situated in various locations under the same ownership can be covered under one single policy
- All kinds of stock i.e. raw materials, semi-finished goods, stock in process, finished goods, etc., can be covered as a separate item
- Loss due to business interruption quantified as loss of gross profit are covered- business interruption to have occurred due to an insured peril under the policy
